The same can be said for your work.
Lets realize that there is no reason to believe that there is a different law or rules of the game
for work or any group we are part of. Evaluate your "survival of the fittest"
doctrine and see if those that care for others survive longer than those
that mercilessly take advantage of others.
If you would not take advantage of your brother or sister
or your son or daughter why
do you think it is worthwhile at work and OK to take advantage of each other. What I am saying
here is we should know in families that when one member benefits all benefit and
when one is hurt all are hurt. We should know that the strong care for the weak
not abuse them. This is not always the case but at least we know it is the ideal.
Work environment is an area which I think has sunk pretty low.
I have just come out of some really wild experiences from my work environment so there
is first hand experience recently engraved in me.
If it is true that power can foster corruption then the work place can have lots of room for corruption.
Morals and integrity and honesty are something that really needs to be brought back
to the work atmosphere.
This page will seek to cover work place values and policies that need to change.
We also want to help critical thinking on the subject sort of like the campaign "Crime does not pay".
In other words educate employers and employees that crime does not pay off in the work environment(or anywhere).
